Mr. Gordon Graham is a 33-year veteran (now retired) of California law enforcement. In this capacity, he served as a street cop, supervisor, manager, and executive. Mr. Graham was awarded a B.A. in Business from San Francisco State College, a teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach, a master’s degree in Safety and Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a juris doctorate from Western State University. He has taken his background as a cop, risk manager and attorney and is the co-founder of Lexipol, a company designed to standardize public safety practices around America. He has presented to public safety personnel from around the world.
Dale Stockton is a 32-year veteran of law enforcement, having worked in all areas of police operations and investigations and retiring as a police captain from Carlsbad, California. Dale is a graduate of the 201st FBI National Academy and holds a master’s in criminology degree from University of California, Irvine. He has presented technology workshops for the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the National Institute of Justice. Dale founded Below 100, a nonprofit training program focused on reducing line-of-duty police deaths. He currently serves as the managing partner of Public Safety Insight, a consulting firm, and chairman of the Spirit of Blue Foundation's board of directors.
Gary Giles worked 28 years in Public Safety as a Police Officer and Firefighter. He spent the first 20 years of his career in Orem, Utah where he left at the rank of Lieutenant. Gary become Chief of Police in Portland, Texas, a suburb of Corpus Christi, then two years later, was recruited to return to Orem, Utah as Chief of Police. Gary retired from Law Enforcement in 2020 and is currently the West Region Public Safety Advisor/Industry Expert for T-Mobile for Government. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Session #243
Derek Casebolt is the Regional Director of Government Sales in the west region at T-Mobile. He has 26+ years total experience in wireless. Derek helped start T-Mobile’s Government focused organization, 10+ years ago. His team focuses on Education (K-12 & Higher Ed), Non-Profits, Healthcare, Cities, Counties, and State agencies. Derek has a passion for deleting the Digital Divide and connecting our Public Safety partners.
Stuart Campbell oversees the Wireless Priority Service (WPS) program relationship with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which is tasked with managing and reducing risk to the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure. He works closely with public safety agencies across the country to ensure they are properly enrolled in the WPS program, thus assuring priority access to the T-Mobile network as well as cross-carrier priority. Stuart is a member of CISA’s Service Provider Council. He has a Master of Arts in Organization Leadership from Eastern University and is a US Navy veteran.
Nicole Hudnet has more than 25 years supporting Public Safety in the cellular industry. She is a founding member of the Emergency Response Team following 9/11 and remained on the team through the mergers of Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Nicole is a 2020 Graduate of the Big City Emergency Managers “Emerging Leaders.” FEMA ICS and ESF2 Certifications. She provided critical communications in support of public safety response efforts during high profile incidents such as the Salt Lake City Olympics, the Alaskan Airlines plane crash in 2000, the response and recovery efforts following 9/11, natural disasters including Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
John is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public safety and national security. He is currently T-Mobile’s senior manager for west coast sales for first responders. He has held prominent roles as the leader of Worldwide Public Safety and National Security program initiatives at Microsoft. In this capacity, he spearheaded the development of solution offerings tailored to the needs of the public safety and justice communities.
With 25 years of experience as a municipal law enforcement official in the United States, John brought a wealth of real-world insights to his work. John's journey in law enforcement commenced in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Department, where he served as both a patrol officer and detective.
Relocating to Washington State marked a pivotal moment in his career as he joined the Bellevue Police Department. Over the next two decades, he took on a series of critical assignments, including roles such as Narcotic Investigation as a DEA Task Force Agent, Hostage Negotiator, K-9 supervisor, and SWAT operator, where he served as both a Team Leader and Commander. John's impressive climb through the ranks culminated in the position of Major, a testament to his leadership and dedication to the field.
Notably, John is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in law enforcement and public safety.
Chief Ruiz is a veteran Officer of the Los Angeles Fire Department with thirty years of experience, shaping the operational direction of the organization. He is a skilled manager with proven leadership capabilities. Chief Ruiz works seamlessly with both new and experienced fire service and public safety professionals while promoting professionalism, integrity, and civic responsibility. Chief Ruiz is trained and experienced, focused on assisting the Department in providing
the highest quality of emergency medical and fire protection services to the community.
