ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The growing complexity and accelerating pace of change in society demands businesses not only to deal with the severity of uncertainty, but learn to adapt in real time. With the full impact of COVID-19 yet to be realized or understood, what has become blatantly clear is that both marginalized communities and small businesses are bearing the brunt of the social, political, and economic downturns accelerated by the pandemic. This session will challenge participants to reimagine a new normal that will enable them to move from survival to thriving mode by addressing strategies for business optimization, preparing for change, and managing health and safety risks.
