Mr. Gordon Graham is a 33-year veteran (now retired) of California law enforcement. In this capacity, he served as a street cop, supervisor, manager, and executive. Mr. Graham was awarded a B.A. in Business from San Francisco State College, a teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach, a master’s degree in Safety and Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a juris doctorate from Western State University. He has taken his background as a cop, risk manager and attorney and is the co-founder of Lexipol, a company designed to standardize public safety practices around America. He has presented to public safety personnel from around the world.
Paul Kircher is the National Public Safety Director at T-Mobile for Government, leading a dynamic team in providing advanced critical communication solutions to enhance operational capability, productivity, and safety for clients nationwide. With a background in public safety and telecommunications, Paul drives strategic partnerships and spearheads initiatives that revolutionize how agencies operate, leveraging T-Mobile's leading network infrastructure to streamline operations, enhance interagency coordination, and improve community safety. His visionary leadership and commitment to excellence have earned him recognition as a trusted advisor in the field, setting new standards for innovation and driving tangible results that make a difference in communities across the nation.
John is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public safety and national security. He is currently T-Mobile’s senior manager for west coast sales for first responders. He has held prominent roles as the leader of Worldwide Public Safety and National Security program initiatives at Microsoft. In this capacity, he spearheaded the development of solution offerings tailored to the needs of the public safety and justice communities.
With 25 years of experience as a municipal law enforcement official in the United States, John brought a wealth of real-world insights to his work. John's journey in law enforcement commenced in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Department, where he served as both a patrol officer and detective.
Relocating to Washington State marked a pivotal moment in his career as he joined the Bellevue Police Department. Over the next two decades, he took on a series of critical assignments, including roles such as Narcotic Investigation as a DEA Task Force Agent, Hostage Negotiator, K-9 supervisor, and SWAT operator, where he served as both a Team Leader and Commander. John's impressive climb through the ranks culminated in the position of Major, a testament to his leadership and dedication to the field.
Notably, John is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in law enforcement and public safety.
Chief Craig Martinez (ret.) is a Marine Corps veteran who spent 23 years in law enforcement with the Utah Highway Patrol, Orem Police Department (Utah), Federal Air Marshal (Las Vegas), and as the Chief of Police in Springville (Utah). He is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command Class #423 and the FBI National Academy Session #275. Chief Martinez now oversees a team of public safety advisors in T-Mobile for Government.
Stuart Campbell oversees the Wireless Priority Service (WPS) program relationship with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which is tasked with managing and reducing risk to the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure. He works closely with public safety agencies across the country to ensure they are properly enrolled in the WPS program, thus assuring priority access to the T-Mobile network as well as cross-carrier priority. Stuart is a member of CISA’s Service Provider Council. He has a Master of Arts in Organization Leadership from Eastern University and is a US Navy veteran.
Nicole Hudnet has more than 27 years supporting Public Safety in the cellular industry. She is a founding member of the Emergency Response Team following 9/11 and remained on the team through the mergers of Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Nicole is a 2020 Graduate of the Big City Emergency Managers “Emerging Leaders.” Training in ICS and serves as the ESF2 Laison. She provided critical communications in support of public safety response efforts during high profile incidents such as the Salt Lake City Olympics, the Alaskan Airlines plane crash in 2000, the response and recovery efforts following 9/11, natural disasters including Hurricane Katrina in 2005 to more current incidents in Uvalde, TX in 2022 and the Maui Wildfires in 2023.
Manoj Tank is a professional in product development and sales engineering with more than 20 years of experience in increasing sales and driving growth in the IoT industry. He excels at translating vague concepts into actionable product plans during the business development process, ultimately leading to viable and profitable product offerings.
For the past 10 years, he has been supporting SLED teams at T-Mobile from the Los Angeles market. In his role as a Sr. Solutions Engineer, he engages in a variety of pre-sales activities, including providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, positioning value-added solutions, addressing network inquiries, and helping sales teams navigate technical challenges to advance the sales process.
Before joining T-Mobile, he held several positions, including Application Engineering Manager at Kyocera, Network/Sales Engineer at Aeris.net, and Director of Product Management at Spireon. As a Product Manager, he defined and launched a comprehensive asset tracking platform with over 1 million devices, overseeing the full suite of products and solutions for the vehicle financing sector. At Kyocera, he led application integration programs with system integrators to develop new IoT applications utilizing the latest cellular technology.
Manoj earned his Project Management certification from California State University, Fullerton, and completed the Telecommunication and Network Technologies program at San Jose State University.
The approximate cost of this event is estimated to be $70 per person. T-Mobile will cover these expenses on behalf of all attendees unless otherwise specified.
